Had some of these as a kid. Bought a Pertwee (ended up breaking it), red Dalek (ended up breaking it), gold Dalek (same), Sylv (quel surprise), black Dalek (...) and two white and gold Daleks ( Crying or Very sad ). Not all at the same time you understand! I was a prick as a kid which is why they got broke. Wish I still had em, they're worth a bomb nowadays. Also visited their base in Llangollen a few times (a dream for me, the exhibition had Doctor Who AND railways, it's like they fucking knew me) and it was great to see all the neat stuff they had there from the show, most of which is now in Blackpool. Seeing Bessie was one of the best bits, and the Daleks, and they had like this half Dalek which you could kneel inside, speak through and it modulated your voice. You could move the protrusions around as well and it was surrounded by mirrors - fucking cool stuff (this is also at Blackpool!)

Has anyone else ever had any of these, or still got them? Opinions/photos?

I might invest in a red Dalek, because I love retro nostalgia. I might name him Fred and take him everywhere with me.

Yeah i had davros, a black/silver dalek, a red/black dalek and a red/gold dalek. I also had both sylvs, an ice warrior, tom baker and the tardis (just the police box). And a k9 - which wasn't green!

I did see the infamous pentagonal console on ebay for under 40 quid, I was tempted Laughing

Yeah I have 1 of the Imperial White Daleks and 1 Grey Renagade Daleks. The Human/People figures were terrible as I recall.

But on a similar note a few years ago I won one of the BBC Doctor Who website competitions (only thingi've ever won). The one around Crhistmas time (acutually come to think of it it might have been around my Birthday, July) I won the Anniversary Corgi Box Sets of Doctor Who Figures

Sounds tasty guys, making me feel nostalgic!

The thing with Dapol toys was that they were so shit they were good.

There's an urban legend that the Mel figures were so unsuccessful
that Dapol gave the unsold dolls to the British Army for
target practice. Laughing
