Matt Smith gives possibly his best performance as the Doctor to date. There are obvious parallels to be drawn with David Tennant's performance in School Reunion, Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

I stopped reading as soon as the idiot reviewer praised Davies 'skill' as a writer to the heavens.

What about:

"Now, some fans argue that Davies has reshaped and remoulded the Classic Who canon to fit his own whims, but I'd disagree. One of the great successes of Davies time in charge of Who was the way he made explicit and literal many of the things that were implicit and underdeveloped in the old series".

Does Rani write for Den of Geek?

Not bad actually, the classic references and seeing Jon and Tom made my heart soar.

Once again, Davies wipes his cock on the curtains of our memories.

Fuck me, what was that? Kiki the Frog meets Ronnie Corbett in a badly rendered CGI Thunderbirds base?

Poor old Smudger. He's been tainted by Davies's idiot stick.

Mentioning Peladon isn't getting the hack off the hook.

Utter shite. Depressing shite.

On the bright side, my copy of Seeds of Doom has just been dispatched.

Disney vultures are more effective:

They were certainly another in the range of Davies Animal Kwackers-style "monsters."

The usual from Russell and his "vision"

Anti-intellectualism - "Swot boy"
Monsters that aren't convincing enough to be in The Muppets - Ostrich
Feel don't think - "I can feel he's alive"
Classic dialogue by the worlds greatest writer - "you smelly bad smell boy"
Doing what JNT did but bound to get praised where he was attacked - Flashback montage/more fanwank than if Levine was script editor

I thought Katy Manning was excellent though.

Thought about watching it.
Then i thought: "Why?"
Thought about how the 'following a football team' argument might be applied to a spin-off.
Decided i couldn't be arsed.
