|Another ol' skool game from the vaults of early 80's home computing, Doctor Who & The Mines Of Terror.
If my memory serves me correctly, it was on the BBC Micro and Commodore 64 and had Colin Baker's doctor go up against his ultimate enemy, The Master. The only time I ever played this was on the Micro and for a primitive machine, it was a decent little game.
It was a platformer, with perilous ravine jumps and conveyor belt rides that are similar in design to the ZX Spectrum classic, Jet Set Willy. For anyone interested in this little gem then check out a site called beebgames.com (seems above board - if not, I'll remove the thread) where you can download/play it. Just hit the link and scroll down a bit.
Man, I love the internet. How else would you track this shit down?
