I picked up Slave Girls from Infinity recently as well, it's like they were making 2 different films at once but neither was long enough so they just hacked them together with what seemed to be some left over sets from The Crystal Maze.

On the MST3K, yes there are films in the series that having the riffing over takes away from it like Diabolik for example but then there are films that are pretty much impossible to watch without the riffing.

Good grief!! They did Diabolik?? I never knew that. Im pretty baffled as to why they would include one of Bava's finest on mystery science, but whatever floats their boat I guess?

I had slave girls on DVIX a few years back and decided to upgrade to DVD. Watching the trailer reel that comes with it made me want a couple of the films I havent seen on there, had a look on ebay and one of them was selling for £100. Whoah there!!
Sorority babes in the slime ball bowl - o - rama is worth a watch if you like rubbery monsters. It also has linnea Quigley in it, which I generaly consider to be a good thing!

I do like me an MST3K and very rarely get bored - the joke rate is just too damn high to not get the occasional chuckle.

In the early days of their DVD releases, they used to negotiate the rights to also include the uncut, unriffed version of the film but sadly that practice has long fallen into disuse.

I'm not sure I'd ever attempt Manos: The Hands of Fate in its original form, but I know for a fact that I'd love to see Pumaman properly.

Yes, Manos is quite hard to get through; ive done it once or twice in the original form.

Its nice that they used to release the original versions of the films as well. Theres a 50 film sci fi 'collectors box set', available on ebay for about a tenner. The prints arent great and the films arent the smartest, but its pretty good value for money if you like trash.

It has a 70s yeti film that seems to go on forever.........

If you only take their explanation that they riff terrible movies as gospel then you might, as a friend of mine was, be appalled at them doing Diabolik but really it's just whatever films they could get hold of the rights to. Eegah! for instance is also perfectly good fun.

Fair enough! I just thought Diabolik was a little too well made to fit into their usual thing. Fair enough though if they got some mileage out of it Smile

Have you seen the normal version of Diabolik? I think its definitely underated as late 60s pop art films go!

Sweet! I would definitely give it a watch. Its sort of the italian anti-james bond, who runs around in a gimp suit fucking shit up and ripping off the government and that.
Apparently the reason it wasnt more successful is that a lot of the consumer public had a hard time at that moment in pop culture history relating to such an anti hero. Its worth a watch in my opinion Smile

Looks fantastic but the story isn't great. Like Planet of the Vampires in that respect.

I'm pretty familiar with Diabolik - I think there was a cartoon a few years ago and recently a video game as well - which was greeted with (due to the Pavlovian reactions of SOME MSTie fans - the kind who go to the IMDb forum of any film they ever did and say "if you watch this without Joel/Mike and the Bots, you WILL DIE) "why would they make a game out of that heap of junk".

I may be the only completely sane MST3K obsessive.

I watched that 'Lennon Naked' thing last week. Mainly to see that Torchwood lass starkers. Wish i hadn't bothered. Laughing

I don't know how accurate it was. Especially as it said that some scenes were made up by the writer, but i came away thinking: "God, what an absolute cunt Lennon was".

Look at Yoko Ono's disgusting hairy cunt. He's standing next to her.

He was a cunt though. Even if only half of the stuff in that programme was true, He was still a right cunt.

I find the whole shave thing rather weird. I haven't met a woman in 7 or 8 years who has left it fairly natural.

It used to be a fetish back in my porn reading days. 'Shaven Havens' was a specialist mag.

All true.
Shaved or trimmed ones are much nicer to go down on though. Razz

Well someone had to say it. Laughing

I don't munch down there unless it's a serious relationship.

Shaved isn't always that attractive; some women would look far better with a bit of hair .

I don't find the male or female genitals particularly attractive if I'm honest.

Trimmed is the best compromise. I can see why shaved is off-putting to some, but then so is the thick forest.

I do think there's far too much emphasis these days on female genitalia having to look good though. In the sense that there are a lot of women who feel they've got have cosmetic surgery down there just to feel good about themselves. And a lot of it is just for male gratification.
I saw a programme about ladies going under the surgeon's knife to have their labia minora trimmed down, and it was horrendous.
It's all going too far, IMO.
