Brilliant news!
Apart from 'Inferno' Doctor Who doesn't get better than this.
It would be great if this is a 2 disc release with loads of extra stuff. Hopefully Tom pulled his finger out and recorded a commentary for this one.

Tom did record one, as Play ran a competition the prize of which was to meet Tom at the recording of the Seeds of Doom commentary.

It's been reported that this could be an error as this is scheduled for 2011. The revisitations boxset is marked for October 2010 but this is not listed by the web sites.

Well i've got my fingers crossed for October.
They can shove Revisitations. Until it hits the bargain bins anyway. Very Happy

Btw... SoD is also listed for October on Amazon.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Doctor-Who-Seeds-Doom-DVD/dp/B003Y3BEZA/ref=sr_1_4?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1280852319&sr=1-4

It's not at the BBC Shop yet though, which could be a bad sign.

John Challis (Scorby) is on the commentary as well, instead of fucking moaning Lis Sladen !!!

I've always said the Ringpull T Deleterious's greatest acheivement was to make Doctor Who fans dislike Lis Sladen.

Can you imagine if she had recorded a commentary for Seeds of Death?

"Russell would have taken us on location to Antartica."

"The special effects aren't as good as they are now."

"There's more emotion these days."

"£2000 is not enough."

Funny post, but spot the deliberate mistake. Wink
