I don't know if it was real or not, but the "burst Cassandra" one was pretty pointless - and must qualify as the most cynical piece of marketing by the Beeb to date.

Anyone betting on whether they'll introduce a "Post Time Destructor Sara Kingdom"? Open the box and a pile of dust falls out.

This reminds me of something funny Pex once said:

Quote:
Did you know that there's an ultra-rare 1981 Adric action figure? It seems Equity intervened to stop it from being sold... it was a better actor than Matthew Waterhouse apparently.

What makes it worse is the fact it was a woolworths exclusive. Kind of explains why woolies went bust in the end if this is what they view as an exclusive.

Sadly, the worst 'action figure' in the history of the universe has survived the demise of Woolworths and is still on sale.

I bet even at 6.99 they can't shift them.

I remember seeing those gathering dust at Woolies Rolling Eyes It must be the stupidest action figure of all time. At least that Cybusmen with missing limbs looked like it was slightly poseable...
