Play.com have listed it for that date as well.

I won't be buying this one though.

Yes, I'm generally pretty forgiving I think - but I really don't recall there being a lot to like about this one.

I'll buy it (hey, I bought The Time Monster, I can buy this) for completeness but I can't say I'm looking forward to it. Even the coming soon on YT makes me cringe. People seriously think Dilemma is worse than this? RIGHT... Sad

The Time Monster rocks!

Best treat this as a bad comedy. (Best bit is Sylvester McCoy in a red wig pretending to be Colin Baker's Oven - who refused to appear in the next series).

Haven't seen it in ages, but one of the first DW VHS I could blag as a kid, so I'll be getting it for nostalgic value. I don't remember it being as bad as people say to be honest.

Lakertya documentary sounds a bit dull... could the reason they shot it in a quarry possibly be because they had no cash?

The music playing in the centre of leisure is still cool

Since I already have it on VHS I won't be buying it, I'm not one for shelling out more for naff extras.

I'm sticking with my fuzzy FLV downloads from Youtube. I don't want to see TATR any more clearly than that, thank you very much.

I watched this last month. For all it's McCoy, Mel and the Rani dressed as Mel, Time and the Rani actually has pretty cool ass special effects. The opening sequence is awesome.

The McCoy seen where he does forward rolls is why I think everyone hates it so much - which is fair enough because it's awful. But if you ignore that bit the rest isn't horrific.

Shame the story is wank sandwich. Still, it's better than Delta.

It's bad but not the worst McCoy. Delta and Silver Nemesis are far, far worse, in my opinion. Those stories are fucking terrible. Dragonfire is also wank. It's actually the best of the season along with Paradise Towers ( not saying much ).

Season 24 is the worst ever season of Doctor Who.
