Apart from various PC I have had.......

OK sad a ZX81. Swopped it for a Roland keyboard (can't play ,much on it then again could play on it more than the ZX81 Laughing

Commodore 64. Great days. Upgraded to the floppy drive and action replay cartride. Better way of ressetting than using he metal wire bit from the datacorder for hacks and cheats in games.

Amiga 1200. Upgraded with accelerater board and hard drive. (primative to todays specs) Mind funny how intel cotton on finaly than rather having one chip super speed but having more than one can make things run quicker. Only 20 years behind then.

PS1. Got about 1- months before the PS2 came out.

PS2. Still good enough for me

PSP. for holidays.

Will ger the PS3 once they perfect the ps 1 and 2 emulation software and of course the price comes down.

These are all the game systems I have owned over the years. I still own half of them (except *).

Atari 2600
ZX Spectrum *
Commodore 64 *
Spectrum + *
Spectrum 128 *
Colecovision *
NES *
Sega Megadrive/Genesis
SNES *
Psone
N64 *
Sega Dreamcast
PS2
Xbox
Xbox 360

Currently, my favourite system has to be the Sega Dreamcast, still playing it even now. In my heart the Spectrum will always dominate though, classic games!

I'm thinking about getting a PS3, but they are too expensive at the moment.

Not as impressive as some peoples collection but I was always a bit of a PC fan myself but now I turned more on consoles.

Computers
* Amstrad CPC 464
* Commodore Amiga 500
* Commodore Amiga 1200
* PC

Consoles
* Nintendo NES
(the first thing I can recall actually buying with my own money, cash which I got sometime around my tenth birthday).
* Sega Master System
(vastly inferior to Nintendo's console in just about every way, I actually ended up trading this with another kid at school in exchange for a small box of NES games)
* Nintendo Gameboy
* Nintendo SNES
(still has some of THE BEST games out there, IMHO)
* Nintendo 64
* Nintendo Gameboy Advance
* Sony Playstation
* Sony Playstation 2
* Nintendo Gamecube
* Microsoft X-Box
* Sony PSP
* Nintendo DS

I have not tried the Nintendo Wii, Microsoft X-Box 360 or Sony Playstation 3 at all, and have no intention to. I think I've finally reached the point where I no longer want to "keep up" with the latest console technologies...

I have got most of these as emulators on my current PC, too.

Emulators are brilliant. I got so entranced by a ZX81 emulator that I got my 'Programming in machine code on your ZX81' book down out of the loft.
